Program description

Astra Intelligence LLC operates a voluntary SMS testing program for staff and authorized testers. Messages include test notifications, support replies, and sample promotional messages clearly identified as tests.

Joining the program

To participate, provide your mobile number and select the SMS consent checkbox on our SMS Test Signup form. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Submitting the form without selecting the checkbox does not authorize SMS messages.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies depending on testing activity. Message and data rates may apply. Participation is voluntary, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
